How are credits calculated?
Credits are consumed based on the type of service and enhancements you choose. Basic exterior generation starts at about 5 credits per photo, while full enhancements with multiple variations can use 8 to 12 credits per photo. You will always see the credit cost before confirming any order.
What happens to unused credits?
Pay As You Go credits never expire. They remain in your account until you use them. Pro Subscription credits renew monthly, and unused credits can roll over up to a maximum balance (check your plan details for specifics).
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time, and changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change applies at the end of your current billing cycle. You can also buy Pay As You Go credit packs at any time to supplement your subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for your first order. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of your billing period.

The Free Trial includes 30 credits, enough to stage or enhance 5 to 8 listing photos, with no credit card required. You get every feature, including virtual staging, renovations and photo enhancements. It is a good way to test QuickHome on your first property.
How does the Pro Subscription compare to Pay As You Go?
Pro Subscription credits cost $1.40 each, up to 30% less than Pay As You Go. You also get priority processing, unlimited team members and priority support. It suits teams that process 10 or more listings a month.
What's included in the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise starts at 4,000 credits a month and includes Vision API access for custom integrations, advanced analytics and reporting, a dedicated account manager, custom integrations, SLA guarantees and priority support 24/7. Contact us for custom pricing based on your needs.
Can I share my account with my team?
Free and Pay As You Go plans support 1 to 3 users. Pro Subscription includes unlimited team members at no extra cost. Enterprise plans include full team management and role-based access controls.
How long does photo generation take?
Most orders are ready in about an hour. A QC reviewer checks every enhancement before it is delivered.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The Free Trial requires no credit card, Pay As You Go has no commitment, and Pro Subscription is month to month with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime.
